CONSULTING
WHAT IS IT? A term used to describe the process of planning any type of land reclamation project.
WHY DO I NEED IT? Planning any type of land reclamation project can be an overwhelming and/or daunting task regardless the process you are considering. This task should not be left to individuals or companies who do not understand all of the consequences associated with the entire project.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Regrettably, there is “NO” set price and the overall price will be determined through proper calculations to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Being a critical component of any project some of the calculations that will affect the final amount you can expect to pay are:
-
Feasibility of a project
-
Creating a site plan
-
Location (Where is the job located)
-
Size of Project (In acres/hectares or square feet/ square meters)
-
Requirements (excavation, grading, backfilling, etc.)
-
Materials required
-
Terrain (Slope and/or Grade)
-
Accessibility Conditions (Roadside, Un-Restricted or Limited)
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME? Any time as most projects require significant lead time before they can begin any type of land reclamation.
WHO DETERMINES THE REQUIREMENT? Local government legislation or the contractor doing the work generally determine if a consultation and/or site plan are required based on the scope of each and every project. Unfortunately, there is no “ONE SIZE FITS ALL” solution. This task should not be left to individuals or companies who do not understand all of the consequences associated with the entire project.
