BRINE MAKERS
WHAT IS IT? A machine for making your own liquid brine for use in Brine Sprayers for liquid anti/de-icing purposes.

WHY DO I NEED IT? There is a revolution going on in controlling snow and ice on roads and parking lots. Liquid ice control used for anti-icing and de-icing are reducing material and labor costs and making our roads and parking lots safer.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Regrettably, there is “NO” set price as the cost will be determined by your individual costs associated with the materials needed to make the brine. Generally it should be a fraction of the cost of purchasing ready to use liquid anti/de-icing products.
HOW DO I MAKE IT? Making brine is relativity quite easy. Just add rock salt or other granular products with water turn on the machine and in a short period of time you will have brine. Most systems allow for the usage of bagged or bulk products.

You require 2.288 lbs. of salt to make 1 gal. 23.3% sodium chloride brine.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO MAKE IT? Any time before temperatures fall below the freezing point of water. If made correctly most brines will stay in suspension for extended periods of time.
