HYDROSEEDING, EROSION/SEDIMENT, ICE CONTROL MATERIALS
Exceeding Your Expectations

We are associated with DLF Pickseed (World’s Largest Seed Company) and Ontario Seed Company (Canada's Largest Seed Packet Company) so we can supply you with almost any seed mix you require.
Hydroseeding mulch is the most critical element of the entire hydroseeding process because when cured the mulch stabilizes the soil, keeps the seed in place, retains moisture, maintains temperature during the seed’s germination period and also protects the seed from the elements. Therefore, choosing the right mulch is imperative for success. The type(s) and amount of mulch used for any hydroseeding project depends entirely upon the upon the the job being done.

Traditionally, the revegetation work after construction starts by properly preparing the ground (Planting Bed). Using topsoil from onsite stockpiles is best but more often than not there is little to no salvageable topsoil available due to the construction process. Biotic soil medias are a soil amendment designed to kick start the building topsoil from the topsoil/subsoil you already have onsite.

Newly seeded areas must have a prompt source of nutrients immediately following germination. Based on the results of a soil test the most effective way for seed to have a prompt source of nutrients needed to ensure strong and healthy growth is fertilization.

Every project has it’s own set of distinctive challenges and anticipations which makes soil amendment products an essential part of any type of ground reclamation job to produce a good growing environment. Amendments can be ph adjusters, moisture retainers, germinate enhancers, erosion control tackifier and/or soil stabilizers.

Rolled Erosion and Sediment control products are designed for preventing or controlling wind or water erosion in agriculture, land development, coastal areas, river banks and construction. Effective erosion and sediment controls handle surface runoff and are important techniques in preventing water pollution, soil loss, wildlife habitat loss and human property loss.
